Aondona Diwa

Aondona Diwa cut his teeth early in the field of business and development consulting in the early eighties, when he joined the team of Buoyant Consultants, Lagos from 1986 until 2000 when he floated Strategic Resources Ltd a business and economic development consulting firm. He has been appointed severally into government serving as advisor on economic development. He joined NEPAD as State Coordinator of Benue State and Chair of Coordinators of the 36 states and FCT for seven years from 2003 to 2011. He has being involved in development consulting for four decades.

Aondona is deeply committed to BEAM’s mission of creating inclusive economic opportunities and building a self-reliant future for Benue. He is known for his collaborative leadership style, strong field presence, and a tireless drive to uplift local entrepreneurs and farmers. When he’s not strategizing for BEAM’s next big move, Aondona enjoys mentoring youth leaders, attending community forums, and promoting local innovations.
