Aondona Diwa is a passionate community development advocate and the current President at the Benue Economic Advancement Movement (BEAM). With over a decade of experience in grassroots mobilization, project management, and social enterprise development, Aondona plays a central role in planning, implementing, and monitoring BEAM’s initiatives across Benue State. His background in development studies and sustainable agriculture gives him a unique insight into the socio-economic challenges faced by rural communities. Under his leadership, BEAM has successfully launched several impactful programs in youth empowerment, cooperative development, and agribusiness support, driving meaningful change in underserved areas.

Aondona is deeply committed to BEAM’s mission of creating inclusive economic opportunities and building a self-reliant future for Benue. He is known for his collaborative leadership style, strong field presence, and a tireless drive to uplift local entrepreneurs and farmers. When he’s not strategizing for BEAM’s next big move, Aondona enjoys mentoring youth leaders, attending community forums, and promoting local innovations.
